Welcome back to the 2015-2016 school year! We thank parents and visitors for following these security procedures when you visit our schools.
All visitors are asked to present a valid drivers license or state ID to enter the school each time they visit. This identification information will be stored in our system and scanned through the national registries at each visit.
All visitors will be issued an orange lanyard that should be worn in a visible location while in the school. When exiting the building please return to the main office, sign-out and collect your license/ID.

In accordance with the Illinois School statute, Glencoe School District 35 is giving notice that all Temporary Records of students last enrolled in the district before July 1, 2010 will be destroyed. Student temporary records are retained for five (5) years after the student has left the district. All records currently over five (5) years old will be destroyed October 1, 2015.
Parents, guardians, and the former student have the right to review and to receive a copy of such records at any time prior to the destruction of such records. Please note the following medical record requirements for public schools. Should you have questions, please call the school nurse (South School: 847-835-6440, West School: 847-835-6640 and Central School: 847-835-7640).
Illinois law requires proof of an eye examination by an optometrist or physician who provides complete eye exams be submitted as a child enters kindergarten or is new to an Illinois school. Your completed registration information and fee must be received by the Business Office/postmarked no later than Friday, May 29, 2015. Registrations, other than those for Park District ONLY, received/postmarked after Friday, May 29, 2015 will be subject to a late fee of $50.00 per student. Please note that financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
