The District 35 Administrative Team
Our final day of school for our Kindergarten through 7th grade students is Thursday, June 4th. Each school will dismiss one hour early on this date. Please note the dismissal times:
SOUTH: 2:00 pm
WEST: 2:15 pm
CENTRAL: 2:25 pm
Our fourth quarter report cards for students at all three schools will be posted online Thursday, June 4th at 3:30pm. You may access these via the Family Access link on our site. Please contact your child's school office should you have any questions.
Enriching and exciting courses await Glencoe students participating in District 35's Summer Explorations. The summer school program at West School runs each morning from June 8th to July 3rd. The summer programming at South School will run each morning from June 15th to July 3rd. The majority of classes will be hosted at West School.

Mark your calendars for May 30th to join in the community events and support the mission of the GEF. Please note the following medical record requirements for public schools. Should you have questions, please call the school nurse (South School: 847-835-6440, West School: 847-835-6640 and Central School: 847-835-7640).
Illinois law requires proof of an eye examination by an optometrist or physician who provides complete eye exams be submitted as a child enters kindergarten or is new to an Illinois school. The exam must be completed within one year prior to your child beginning school. All forms must be turned in by October 15th. Download the EYE EXAM form here.

Your completed registration information and fee must be received by the Business Office/postmarked no later than Friday, May 29, 2015. Registrations, other than those for Park District ONLY, received/postmarked after Friday, May 29, 2015 will be subject to a late fee of $50.00 per student. Please note that financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

With the support of our 8th Grade Executive Cabinet, we have added three collections across our schools (in addition to the CapriSun & TREX in place). You can help raise money for the school and charities chosen by the students. This year the list of charities includes the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, American Cancer Society and Autism Speaks. You or your children can bring the following items to South, West or Central and deposit them in the receptacles by the front offices.
