  • The Glencoe Caucus

    Please click here for details on the February 17th Glencoe Caucus fund-raising event at Glencoe’s Bake 425°. Visit the Glencoe Caucus website regarding the Caucus’s ongoing invitation to Glencoe residents to volunteer to serve on either the Village Nominating Committee (which slates candidates for Glencoe’s Village President, Village Board, Park Board and Library Board) or the School Board Nominating Committee (slating candidates for Glencoe School Board and the New Trier School Board Caucus). Applications to sit on either of the Committees are due February 21st.

  • No School for Students on February 12th and February 15th

    The next Teacher Institute Day is scheduled for Friday, February 12th. Central and West staff members will be participating in professional development offerings across our schools. Parent-Teacher conferences will be held at South School. Monday, February 15th is President's Day. There is no school for students on these days.

  • Security in our Schools

    Welcome back to the 2015-2016 school year! We thank parents and visitors for following these security procedures when you visit our schools.
    All visitors are asked to present a valid drivers license or state ID to enter the school each time they visit. This identification information will be stored in our system and scanned through the national registries at each visit.

    All visitors will be issued an orange lanyard that should be worn in a visible location while in the school. When exiting the building please return to the main office, sign-out and collect your license/ID.

  • Required Medical Forms

    Please note the following medical record requirements for public schools. Should you have questions, please call the school nurse (South School: 847-835-6440, West School: 847-835-6640 and Central School: 847-835-7640).

    Illinois law requires proof of an eye examination by an optometrist or physician who provides complete eye exams be submitted as a child enters kindergarten or is new to an Illinois school. The exam must be completed within one year prior to your child beginning school. All forms must be turned in by October 15th. Download the EYE EXAM form here.
